Allegra K Plaid Wrap Coat
There is definitely a chill in the air right now here in the Midwest, and that means you’ll see me posting a lot more about coats. I have an obsession with staying warm, and that means each year I amass a new coat collection (though I do stick with styles that will last throughout the years). Even though I like my staple wool peacoat and trenches, every once in a while I like to mix up things. I found this adorable plaid wrap coat when browsing Amazon one day and I just love how it looks! The plaid pattern is definitely eye-catching, yet the neutral colors will work well with just about everything you are wearing. This Amazon coat is priced at under $43 and I have to say it is surprisingly well made. This jacket is definitely as nice as many other higher priced coats I own.
Here I am wearing an XS. This coat does run a bit large, so I do recommend sizing down a size. The coat is made of polyester and is definitely warm. Wear it with a top on a fall day and with a thicker sweater on a cold winter day. If black and brown plaid isn’t your color, there is this almost identical jacket that comes in seven colors and patterns.
I just love the color combination of black, cream and brown as it is just perfect for fall ! Here I am wearing this Rebecca Taylor sweater with my favorite Grlfrnd High Rise skinny jeans. Overall this jacket with jeans and a sweater create a fun, casual look for any weekend day.

Finally I own this SAM Soho Women’s Jacket (seen in this post) – a perfect puffer coat for these frigid Midwest winters.
