I’m finally back again today with another fashion post! This whole pandemic has gotten my schedule completely out of whack (working from home, homeschooling the kids) that I haven’t had a chance to post as much lately. In all honesty, the time with my family has been very nice, and the whole experience has been a mini staycation of sorts. For a while there in April and the first part of may the weather was still pretty touchy, which meant staying indoors more. Finally though in the last week, it was like a light switch went off and the weather started to get warmer, and the days are getting longer. We’ve had some 85 degree weather days, which I love! It’s hard to believe less than a month ago I was shoveling snow! But with all the bad news lately, I will take simple pleasures when I can get them, even if it means something as simple as doing my hair and makeup, and putting on a pretty dress for the day. Right now it’s just for ice cream though, as all the restaurants here are still closed (and in all honesty I wouldn’t venture into one anyway right now, at least not indoors). So on that note, I thought I would show you three of my favorite spring dresses I found on Amazon, to give you some fresh wardrobe inspiration!
The Perfect Dress for A Day Date
One of my favorite things about spring and summer, is being able to wear cute sundresses with a pair of sandals! After months of wearing slacks at work and leggings on the weekends, a nice sundress is a welcome change. And I absolutely love this lovely red
one I found on Amazon for under $25! It’s the perfect dress for al fresco dining on a warm spring or summer day. And this dress is easily packable, so it’s perfect for a beach getaway too!
This dress simple but elegant and classy. I am wearing the red floral color here, but this dress also comes in teal, navy, black, and even green.
The fabric is a nice polyester/spandex blend and it isn’t too thick or thin. I love the ruffle detail, and the wrap design is well-constructed. I am wearing the small here and it fits perfectly!

A Day at the Office
I’ve been slowly transitioning from working from home to going back to the office. Of course we take all precautions when working with the public, and that means wearing a mask all the time and washing/hand sanitizing between every patient. It’s a small price to pay to keep everyone healthy. It is nice to wear a dress once in a while to the office, and this one by Amazon Lark & Ro does not dissappoint! The quality is top-notch and the design is impeccable! And you can’t go wrong with an ivory fit and flare dress any time of the year, really!
This dress speaks for itself, so I kept the accessories simple, with my black Chanel WOC, and my favorite Kate Spade pumps. I can wear these shoes all day long when working at the office!
This is the kind of dress that is flattering on any body type. I love the key-hole design on the sleeves too. This dress is slightly stretchy, fully lined, and I love that it has pockets! I am wearing the ivory color here, but it also comes in black, navy, and a deep wine color.

Weekend Casual
This is the outfit I wore over the weekend when running errands with my daughter. This classic striped boatneck dress by Amazon Essentials is super comfortable, and is great to wear from morning to night! I love everything I buy from the Amazon Essentials line (so much that I wrote this post on all my favorites). And this dress is no exception!
This dress is made of a thinner rayon material, which I like on a warm spring or summer day. It has a slight A-line design, which means it is flattering on just about every body type. I am wearing the XS here and it fits me perfectly.
This dress comes in an array of colors and patterns, and is reasonably priced at under $25.
You could wear this dress with sneakers, but I opted to dress it up a bit with these classic Cole Haan leather mules. I love these shoes for summer! They are well-constructed, and comfortable to wear the entire day, right out of the box. They add instant class to any outfit. I will definitely be wearing these on repeat!
