Banana Republic Scallop Hem Sweater

Scallop hems have been everywhere this season. I have seen them most notably on skirts and dresses. Scallops are such a fun way to add a whimsical element to any outfit! I found this adorable scalloped hem sweater at Banana Republic and I knew it would be a great closet staple piece. The sweater is thick and fits very comfortably (I am wearing an XS). This scalloped hem sweater also comes in navy. Even better it is 40% of right now!

This sweater really could go with anything (jeans, slacks, or skirts). I decided to wear it with this cute Free People corduroy mini skirt. I could also see it being worn with this pink mini skirt for a more spring-like look. This super cute mod square scarf complemented the sweater and skirt perfectly. My boots are from Goodnight Macaroon. You’ve seen me post about their taupe boots. I loved them so much I decided to get the tan version. These boots are a great alternative to the more expensive Stuart Wetzman version, and right now they are only $99! I did size up by a half size and they fit perfectly.

This is a great look for fall or winter. Almost everything here is on sale right now, as now  is a great time to buy fall/winter pieces.
