Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Public Access

So the sale of the season is finally open for public access! I took advantage of the Early Access sale as a Nordstrom cardholder. There are just so many great things to choose from that I couldn’t help myself! See all my favorites from the sale in this post from last week. The nice thing about the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is that new items for fall are up to 70% off their original prices. So not only do you get to take advantage of the prices, you also get to see what is trending for fall. If you see something you like, you are better off buying it, as items sell out so quickly! Public access to the sale begins at midnight on July 20 and ends on August 6th.

In today’s post I am featuring two of the items I purchased during the sale. There are so many nice dresses available this year that it was hard to choose a favorite. I ended up purchasing the Vince Camuto Stretch Fit and Flare dress. The navy and pink colors really caught my eye and I love the fit and flare style. As a sleeveless tank dress this is appropriate for the summer months, but add a pink or white blazer and this dress is perfect for the fall and spring too. I am wearing a size 2 and the dress fits me well.  It doesn’t come in a petite length, so the dress falls just below the knee on me.

My shoes are by Louis et Cie. My first experience with this brand was when I purchased a pair of mules (seen in this post). I have been really impressed with the quality and fit. I find the brand very comparable to Via Spiga, which I also really like. The shoes a classy, elegant, and most of all comfortable. I love the soft pink color I am wearing, but the shoe also comes in four other colors.  See all the Louis et Cie shoes available here.

Other Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Purchases

As for other purchases I have made thus far, I did buy the Tory Burch riding boots. I have my finger on the buy button for these classy but practical Aquatalia boots too. In preparation for Midwest winters I also bought this suede jacket and this adorable white vest. I stacked up on cardigans too, having bought both this Halogen cardigan (I liked it because it comes in petite sizes) and this one by Barefoot Dreams. A navy blazer never goes out of style so I also bought this J. Crew Regent Blazer in Navy. One can never have too many jeans and I love the color and style of these slim straight leg ankle jeans that I also bought. Finally I took advantage of the free lipstick that came with my favorite eyeliner that I always use.
