Bobeau High Low Jersey Cardigan
With fall just around the corner, it is time to think about pieces you can wear now as well as heading into the cooler weather. It’s hard to think about that right now, given we’ve had some really nice warm weather (which I absolutely love!). But just as the kids head back to school, it will be time to put away the shorts and sundresses, and pull out the sweaters and jeans.
Which brings me to this Bobeau High-Low Jersey cardigan. This super soft and flowy cardigan is the perfect transition piece from summer to fall. It isn’t too heavy, and it is so soft it almost feels like pajamas. I am obsessing over this navy stripe pattern, but it also comes in seven other colors and patterns. This cardigan is one of those pieces you will wear again and again throughout the seasons. I’m actually on a trip to San Francisco right now, and I definitely made sure to pack this cardi on my trip!
J. Crew Factory Scallop Cami
Every cardigan needs a top underneath it, and this J. Crew Factory scallop cami is perfect for the look! This is a great cami to have in your wardrobe. I love the soft cream color, but it also comes in black, blue, pink, and green. The scallops add just the right amount of femininity to enhance any outfit, whether you’re dressed up or down.
For a casual summer look, I decided to style this cardigan/cami combo with a pair of cutoff denim shorts. Together this is the kind of look you can wear anywhere on weekend day or when you are out running errands. It is especially nice when you are heading indoors in the cooler air conditioning. When it comes to denim shorts, I have a couple of pairs that I wear over and over again. These shorts by 7 for all Mankind I’ve actually worn for several seasons as they are just a nice classic pair of denim shorts.

As for the second way to style this J. Crew Factory scallop cami, wearing it with shorts is perfect for a hot summer day. This cami is nice enough that it can stand on it’s own without wearing a sweater or jacket over it.
JOA Embroidered Shorts
How cute are these JOA embroidered shorts? I got these shorts at the beginning of the summer, and only had the chance to wear them now. Unfortunately they are sold out, but these look very similar. I try to buy something from JOA every season, mainly because I love their classic styles and the prices are very affordable too.
With just a few short weeks of summer left, this outfit will certainly be on repeat for as long as I can wear it!

Cette année, j’ai pris mes vacances juste avant le rentrée scolaire des enfants. Nous profitons de l’océan et de promenades ainsi que des grands-parents. Je pense encore porter mes robes fleuries avec une veste ou un gilet car les températures se sont rafraîchies.
Ca a l’air si gentil! J’aime aussi me promener au bord de l’océan.
