As I’ve said before, I am a J. Crew addict. Their preppy sensibilities have always appealed to my tastes, as they’ve never made a blazer, dress, or top I didn’t like. It is their classic styles keep me shopping there year after year. I especially like J. Crew Factory/Mercantile as they offer so many colorful and classic clothes (at a better price point) with a few unexpected details thrown in to liven up things.  Ever since I found out that J. Crew Mercantile is finally on Amazon, I shop there with every change of seasons! Even better everything is on Amazon Prime too!

J. Crew Mercantile Tie Waist Floral Mini Skirt

If you are looking for a spring skirt you want to have this one in  your closet! This fun and flirty skirt is one of my favorite pieces from the J. Crew Mercantile collection available on Amazon. It is perfect for a warm day for brunch or shopping around town. It would be perfect for summer date night too! This skirt  is lightweight and comfortable enough that you can wear it all day too.  This skirt  is under $50 and is very well made. Sizing is standard for J. Crew. I am wearing the XS and it fits quite nicely. I am wearing the peachy orange color, but this skirt also comes in a pretty navy floral print. 

To give this skirt more style, I added this western leather belt I found on Nordstrom. I love, love, love this belt! For $49, this leather belt is of really nice quality. Honestly, it is just as nice as many more expensive belts that I own. Though I normally wear a small in belts, that size was sold out. I decided to go ahead and get the medium since I wanted it so much. Thankfully I have this belt loop punch, which makes resizing belts so easy! And I even like the longer style of this belt on me too!

J. Crew Mercantile Scalloped Cami

This scalloped cami has to be one of my favorites in my spring wardrobe. The scallop detail and adjustable straps make it the perfect layering piece, all year-round. On cooler days I wear it under a blazer. But on a warmer day like we had last week, it looks great all by itself. I love the ivory color, but this cami also comes in black, red, and a periwinkle color. Sizing does run big, so I am wearing a size 0 and it fits perfectly. 

We finally had some warmer weather last week, which means it was finally time to start wearing t-shirts and shorts. After what seemed like an endless winter, it is so nice to be able to wear lighter clothing without the fear of freezing.  And J. Crew Mercantile on Amazon has lots of warm weather styles that make dressing for a warm day so easy! 

J. Crew Mercantile Cutoff Denim Boy Shorts

Denim shorts are a staple piece in any spring or summer wardrobe. And for under $40 these Mercantile cutoff shorts are a great option. The quality of the denim is really nice, and I like the medium blue color of these shorts. What I really like about them is that they are a bit longer and higher waisted. I am wearing my usual size 26 and they fit perfectly.

I wish my legs had that sun kissed glow that you get from a week in the Caribbean. Alas I am using my favorite St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse.  I love this self tanner as it is so easy to apply and the color looks really nice!

J. Crew Mercantile Striped Crewneck T-shirt

This 100% cotton t-shirt is definitely a closet staple. The quality is just as good as any J. Crew T-shirt I have owned. The material is slightly thicker than the J. Crew tissue shirts I have, which I really like. I am wearing the “ivory misty sea” color but this shirt also comes in classic ivory/navy. At under $23 this shirt is a great find!
