Anthropologie Embroidered Petals Swing Dress

It is not often that a dress catches my eye right away and makes me want to buy it on the spot. This Embroidered Petals Swing Dress from Anthropologie did just that however. The dress appealed to me for so many reasons. First, I love the dramatic but not overdone floral design of the dress. Second, the bell sleeve and A-line design make the dress so very feminine. And finally, the dress is actually very warm, something very much needed in these cold Michigan winters. I knew as soon as I saw the dress that I wanted it, but I did wait until the Anthropologie Black Friday sale to buy it. Better yet, it is still on sale, with an extra 40% off the sale price. The final price of this dress is under $80, which makes it a steal for the style and quality you will be getting.

To complete the outfit, I paired this dress with my Vince Camuto ‘Melaya’ OTK boots. I would have loved to have photographed this dress in fall foliage, but that has been gone for almost a month, so I settled with a famous green wall here in Ann Arbor (otherwise, the setting would have been melting snow). Regardless of the setting, I got so many complements on this outfit when I wore it, as it certainly stands out in a crowd.

Thanks for looking!
