Club Monaco Weylyn Jumpsuit
I hope you had a great weekend! As much as I love the extra hour of daylight when the spring forward time change happens, the one thing I do miss is that lost hour of sleep. This Sunday seemed to fly by because we woke up an hour late and there was just so much to do in one day! This weekend we had some pretty crazy weather. On Saturday we had freezing temperatures and snow flurries. Sunday however brought sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures. Everyone around here gets excited when it is 40 degrees outside as at the very least it isn’t freezing. With temperature fluctuations like this, it can be hard to decide what to wear!
One of my favorite trends this season has been the jumpsuit. A jumpsuit is such an easy piece to have in your closet. It is easy to style and most of the time you don’t have to worry about styling a top with it (at least in warmer weather). As a petite woman, it can be hard to find jumpsuits that I don’t have to alter. Club Monaco jumpsuits I have found are definitely petite-friendly. I noticed this Weylyn jumpsuit from Club Monaco was cropped, so I knew that it would fit! This style of this jumpsuit is simple and tailored, and that is what I like about it. The material is a wool blend, which makes it suitable for cooler winter and early spring days. On a warmer day, it can even be styled without a top underneath it.

I’ve said many times before that I’ve never met a lace top I didn’t like. I knew the jumpsuit needed a feminine touch to soften it, so I decided to wear this Endless Rose Ribbon Ties crochet lace top. This lace top is absolutely beautiful! The detail is exquisite, and I especially like the ribbon tie detail in the back. The combination of the jumpsuit with the lace top creates a romantic look that is perfect for date night or any other fun afternoon or evening event. The colors are light, which makes this outfit a nice look to transition from winter to spring.
