Cinq-a-Sept Jasmine Ruffled Silk Dress
We have had some pretty unusual weather this January. For people who think that global warming is a hoax, it definitely is not. I purchased this lovely little silk ruffle dress earlier this month, thinking I would have to freeze my butt off to take the pictures of it. Well, I definitely didn’t have to do that as it got up to 61 degrees the day we photographed this outfit. It was a rare day of sun as well as January in Michigan is typically cold, snowy, and cloudy.
As for the dress, it is by Cinq-a-Sept and I found it (on sale!) at Saks-off-5th. I love the casual yet sophisticated look of this dress. The ruffled feminine design is both flirty and romantic. And the geometric pattern complements the burgundy boots perfectly! I am wearing an XS and it fits perfectly, with no need for alterations. I had been wanting these Stuart Weitzman boots since the early fall, and when I saw they went on sale I snatched them up right away. The dark plum color won’t go with everything, but these boots are such a pretty color that I will find outfits to go with them.
