Plaid Fit and Flare Dress
In addition to an obsession with stripes, I also have an obsession with plaid. I think it is because both plaid and stripes represent order and symmetry, and order is something I definitely need in my life! In today’s post I am wearing the Banana Republic Wool Plaid Fit and Flare Dress, but unfortunately it sold out just prior to the publication of this post. There are however, so many great options for plaid fit and flare dresses right now, that a similar look could easily be created. To add style to the dress I wore it with an Ann Taylor skinny belt. It has been pretty cold where I live so I also am layering it with this Ann Taylor Cascade Cardigan.
Club Monaco Trench Coat
The coat I am wearing the the Club Monaco Hanne Trench coat. I wanted a khaki trench this season but I didn’t want an expensive one. I like chic look of the draped style of this Hanne Trench and the XS fits quite well on my small frame (though the sleeves could be shortened a bit). This trench is good quality for the price, and it is on sale at 30% off right now!
