J. Crew Lady Day Coat and Sorel Winter Fancy Boots Review

It is the and of January and winter here is in full swing. Winter came early this year at the beginning of December so already it seems like it has been a long time. It can be so hard to find ways to stay warm and stylish at the same time! I have posted about the J. Crew Lady Day Coat several times before, and that is because it is probably the most versatile coat in my closet. This coat is definitely petite-friendly. I am wearing a size 0 and it required no alterations. The classic, feminine design is timeless and has been in style for years. This coat is made of high-quality Italian wool as well. Most importantly it is warm, as it is lined with Thinsulate. This coat comes in so many colors. I am wearing a cream color but I will be investing in another color next season because I like this coat so much

The coat itself is a classic, but I like to add more style to the coat by adding a scarf. The plaid scarf from Loft that I am wearing is sold out, but they do have a very similar one that is just as nice on sale now. The shimmer beanie also from Loft I am wearing is such a pretty blush color and complements the scarf perfectly. The blush pink shimmer gloves I am wearing keep me warm and can be worn when using my phone as well. Loft is having a great winter clearance sale right now as everything on sale is an extra 60% off

My boots are Sorel. These Winter Fancy boots are some of my favorite winter boots. They are a pretty brown color with gray trim that goes with almost anything. These boots have great support as I could wear them all day walking without any problems with my feet. They aren’t too big and bulky either. And they definitely do a great job of keeping my feet warm and dry.
