With September upon us, it is finally time to say goodbye to summer. Although in the last few days with temperatures in the 90’s it still feels like summer! As I’ve mentioned before, I love many of the retailers that are not your typical chain store. PixieMarket is no exception. I found this adorable white ruffle sleeve top with a cute striped tie back and thought it would be perfect for summer. I just love all the details about it, including the bell sleeves, the pretty blue stripes, and of course the bow on the back! Unfortunately, it has been so popular it sold out. Though I really do recommend checking out their site as they have lots of cute tops (including other ruffle sleeve top that will transition into fall very well. To make this outfit complete I paired it with a chambray wrap skirt that I got from Lord and Taylor (also sold out but Nordstrom sells one very similar) and my Steve Madden Stecy heels. It was the perfect outfit for one of the last days of summer.
I wore this to a lunch date I had with friends at what was my last day at a job I had been working at since I moved to Michigan. I had fun working there and met so many great friends, but it was time to move on to a different experience. I am looking forward to what life awaits me.
